I went searching online for a strawberry/bluebbery pie recipe so I could pair it with ice cream or cool whip for red, white, and blue for Independence Day! And google brought up your blog! So my husband and I made the pie! We did do 3 cups of ea. instead of 4 and 2 just for the more evenness of color! But we loved this pie! And so did our family! We were celebrating Father's Day late, a birthday, and 4th of July! And it was awesome! Thank you so much for sharing! Second, great recipe!!<BR/><BR/>I would let people know that they might want to put some tin foil under the pie as it cooks in the oven. The juice will overflow and make a mess.<BR/><BR/>Also, putting equal parts of straweberries and blueberries is also very yummy :)<BR/><BR/>And for the crust, I just bought some frozen pie crust and nobody knew the difference.
