RECIPE: Caramel Toffee Fondue

Caramel Toffee Fondue
Serves 6

1/2 cup butter2 cups dark brown sugar
1/4 cup white corn syrup
1/2 cup caramel2 tablespoons water
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons pear liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients except the extract. Let cook, stirring occasionally until it starts to bubble and darken a bit/ Then add the vanilla extract. Place in a fondue pot to keep warm.

What kind of caramel did you use? Is it ice cream topping gooey caramel or wrapped Kraft caramels? This sounds really terrific. I am already making a list of things to dip in it!
