RECIPE: Pate On Pear Slices

Pate On Pear Slices

3 to 4 crisp pears
Chicken liver pate

No more than 20 minutes before serving, core the pears and cut in half lengthwise. Place each half cut-side down and slice crosswise ¼” thick. Spread pate on the slices. Makes 2 dozen.
