
I made this over the summer. It is not really a recipe.
I just blended, in a food processor, plain yogurt, honey and fresh mint.
Basically it is just DELICIOUS!! I just ate the left overs like I would regular yogurt the next day.

I really want to try figs but I can rarely find them. When I do they sell by the case and I only want to buy one!
