3 meals a day and 3 snacks a day. That is what is recommended for toddlers. We don't follow that because they eat slightly larger portions instead. They get breakfast, mini lunch #1, mini lunch #2, sometimes tiny snack, dinner.
This is a large snack they had one day. Chedder cheese, Organic baby cookie and canned pineapple in fruit juice.
