RECIPE: Creamy Lemon Dressing - Vinaigrette
Creamy Lemon Dressing - Vinaigrette
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
Salt and pepper, to taste
Whisk yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon peel in small bowl to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before using.
