I love pesto and this sounds like a great way to use it.

It is also delicious on grilled shrimp too! A quick fix is a plus in my house.

Yum... pesto! It's by far my favorite condiment/ingredient. I add it to marinades, use it as a base for homemade pizzas instead of tomato sauce, add it to salads, slather it on sandwiches (think grilled cheese and pesto - awesome)..the list goes on.

I could go on forever. Thanks for sharing.

ooh. Pizza and Pesto - we had that last night. store bought though. Amy's Organics makes one with pesto, broccolli and tomato so I don't feel to guily about pizza night and my toddlers will eat it too!

Yums, pesto ... one of my faves too! I make a pesto crusted chicken quite often too for a quick and easy meal. This is making me hungry now.

Mmm, that looks good. And it reminds me that we have some pesto from last autumn in the freezer. How serendipidous.

But decisions, decisions... should we have it with chicken or shrimps?!

P.S. We alos love grilling salmon steaks and serving them with basil pesto.
