RECIPE: Raspberry Lemonade
Raspberry Lemonade
Makes about 6 cups
14-ounce package frozen raspberries, thawed
1 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 cups water
In a bowl, mash the raspberries with sugar. Let stand about 10 minutes. Press the sugar and the raspberries through a vine sieve into a pitcher. Stir in the lemon and lime juice. Then stir in the water. Add more sugar if needed. Garnish with lemon slices.
