RECIPE: Egg Salad
Egg Salad
Serves 4
8 Eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
salt and pepper
In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard and salt and pepper. Peel and dice the hard-boiled eggs. Add chopped eggs to the mix and stir to combine.
